Returns, Refunds & Repairs
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We try to photograph all pieces and write descriptions to reveal accurate color and detail. We encourage you to contact us if you have questions about any piece.
If you get your item and it isn't what you wanted, please send us an email so that we can discuss whether we can make an alteration to make the piece more to your liking. If you still are not satisfied, we will refund your money (less the cost of shipping), as long as you get it back to us within 21 days of your purchase.
Repairs for items damaged through normal wear and tear will be repaired for free within the first six months after your purchase. If you don't have all the beads/components and we don't have those items in stock, we may have to swap out some features. But, you'll still love it!
