How to Properly Wearable Art Jewelry and Keep it Shiny at Home

Hey Junebug Tribe! One question I consistently get about Junebug's wearable art jewelry is: How should I clean and care for my jewelry?

Don’t worry, y’all. Taking care of your copper and mixed metal pieces is low maintenance. 😊 It doesn't matter if we're talking about statement necklaces, unique earrings, copper cuff bracelets or rings.

To keep your copper jewelry shiny at home, just wipe it.

Each Junebug purchase comes with one polishing cloth and one storage pouch. All you have to do to clean your copper jewelry is gently wipe your it with the cloth and store it in the pouch after wearing.

That’s it!

No need to use soap or water to clean your copper jewelry pieces. In fact, soap and water can compromise the finish of many Junebug designs. Please don’t swim, take showers or bathe while wearing your jewelry.

And, though you might want to wear your pieces to bed, take off your jewelry and place it in your storage pouch. Your Junebug jewelry will be waiting for you when you wake up.

How to properly care for Argentium Silver jewelry

Now, y’all know I have a love affair with Argentium Silver. This hypoallergenic metal is more brilliant and tarnish-resistant than traditional Sterling Silver, so you can use mild soap and a little bit of water to clean your pieces. But, only use soap and water if you accumulate a lot of dirt and oil on the surface.

In most instances, using the polishing cloth will suffice.
